A wall painting can completely change and refine rooms. It can give that special element, which has been missing.

Using the power of color theory I can create a space, which awakes different feelings and moods.

Each commissioned work begins with a conversation about the client’s wishes and the location condition.

After everything has been discussed and clarified, you will receive a non-binding estimate. The next step is the creation of digital layouts.

If the booking takes place, the layouts are free.

If the booking is canceled the layouts will be charged.

Mural painting project steps:

• Discussion about the ideas, possibilities & photos of the location
• I will visit the location (if in Vienna)
• Quotation & agreement
• Wall preparation
• Drawing or directly painting (it depends on the motif)
• Completion
• Photos of the finished work
• Sealing with protective varnish
• The client receives a making-of video and photos of both the finished work and the creation.

COMMISSION MURAL PAINTING

Yggdrasil

also called tree of life embodies as a world tree the entire cosmos. The mural was a commission work with a peacock, Phoenix and the Ouroboros (an archaic motif in many cultures of a snake biting its tail, sometimes also a dragon or two. In alchemical symbolism, the Ouroboros is the symbol of a self-contained and recurrent process of change, the transformation of matter.)

Night sky painting with a vivid effect through different layers of paint consisting of normal colors, gold, silver, and iridescent transparent layers.

As a result, the mural is different from every angle.

 Each painting or wall painting of mine is finally sealed with a high-quality acrylic varnish for fine art painting.

Church murals

Wall painting in a monastery in the mountains of Bulgaria. These murals don't exist anymore. Here one can see a few old analog photos. They were a project of my mother Marina. I spent a few summers painting in the monastery with her. We have painted for about a month in the summertime from 1998 till 2004. Here are only a few photos from the first part of the project. Unfortunately, since 2008 the following murals do not exist anymore. The new abbess decided they have to be repainted white. We were not informed and found out about it by coincidence.

These wall paintings were made as a charity project for The Sveta Troitsa Monastery (Monastery of the Holy Trinity, built in 12th. century) near Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. The monastery has existed ever since the period of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom. It has been one of the centers of spiritual life and has been supported by the aristocracy. Here is made the famous writing reform in the ancient Bulgarian writing style which is afterward distributed all over the Slavic countries. Monk Evtimii, who is chosen for a patriarch in 1371, has been working in this monastery. After the fall of Bulgaria under the Ottoman Empire, the monastery is plundered and destroyed.

In 1847 the monastery is renovated. Kolyo Ficheto builds a new church which is seriously damaged after the earthquake of 1913 and repaired in 1927.
